Job Description:

Responsible for checking inventories, ordering supplies and food, checking deliveries, organizing and supervising college-age kitchen staff in food preparation, serving and cleanup, coordinating with the cook and acting as liaison to camp director.

Please note: Camp Shane runs two specialized camps for overweight children in the Catskill Mountains of New York and in Mayer, Arizona. The objectives of the camp are for the campers to lose weight, learn new skills, gain self-esteem and have fun.
