Camp Shane runs two specialized camps for overweight children in the Catskill Mountians of New York and in Mayer, Arizona. The objectives of the camp are for the campers to lose weight, learn new skills, gain self-esteem and have fun.
As an Athletic/Activity Director you will work with Head Counselors, oversee sports instructors and equipment, organizes outside trips, vehicle use, special events and many other leadership and organizational responsibilities.
Must have completed college. You must have emotional maturity, good moral character and integrity, be flexible and cooperative. Requires strong leadership and organizational skills. You should enjoy a camp environment, be friendly, caring, kind, outgoing, like children, and be lots of fun!
