Job Description:

Counselor And Activity Specialist Positions Available At The 92nd Street Y Camps!

The 92nd Street Y offers a wide range of summer camp programs, serving children of all ages, interests, and needs. The Y now seeks applicants for the 2013 summer camp season (Jun 27-Aug 16, 2013). Positions include; CITs, junior counselors, senior counselors and head counselors for our many camps. We also have opportunities available for work with developmentally disabled children.

Positions include specialists in sports, music, ceramics, jewelry making, photography, filmmaking, nature, ropes course, martial arts, drama, and more! We are a day camp and do NOT provide housing. Transportation is provided for both staff and campers to and from our beautiful, rustic campgrounds and Manhattan. The bus ride is about 40 minutes. We expect that applicants will have had some teaching experience in their area of expertise and enjoy working with children of all ages!
