Camp Shane runs co-ed weight loss camps for children located in the Catskill Mountains of New York State and in Mayer, Arizona. As a Head Counselor you will work closely with the Director in planning, running and evaluating all areas of the camp. Includes all aspects of programming and scheduling, supervising staff, handling interpersonal relationships, creating and running events. Requires strong leadership and organizational skills.
Must have completed college. Must be at least 28 years of age. You must have emotional maturity, good moral character and integrity, be flexible and cooperative. Requires strong leadership and organizational skills. You should enjoy a camp environment, be friendly, caring, kind, outgoing, like children, and be lots of fun!
