Job Description:
ESF Summer Camps is looking for dynamic individuals to work with children this summer. Join our Team this summer as a Lifeguard/Swim instructor and experience the following: A great schedule, Monday-Friday, weekends off, a competitive salary, an opportunity to earn undergraduate and graduate internship credits, and a chance to make a difference in children’s lives. As a Lifeguard/Swim instructor you need to have previous experience working with children as well as your current lifeguard certification. (Certification classes are available). During the summer, you will teach swim lessons on a daily basis to campers with the challenge of making it fun and always safe. You will also ensure overall safety and supervision of campers in the pool. Our camp is located at Gilman School in Baltimore, MD. The camp dates are June 16 to August 8, 2008.

Have two (2) independent recommendations completed and sent to us.
Select your references carefully and mail, deliver, or e-mail one
of our Reference
Request Forms* to each of those individuals. Please ask them
to return the completed forms directly to our office. We ask that
these recommendations come from people such as a teacher, an advisor,
a job supervisor, an employer, a mentor, a coach or a clergyman
and not from family members or personal friends.
Step #3:
If your experiences meet our qualifications, we will contact you to schedule a date and time convenient for your interview.
Step #4:
Reference checks and background checks will be conducted by ESF.
Step #5:
An ESF Team member will contact you shortly after your interview
to let you know if you have been selected.
