City Hosts are responsible for hosting groups of Junior High, High School, College, family and adult groups in the city by:

1. orienting them to the city and CSM rules and guidelines;
2. framing each ministry site and activity;
3. guiding them to each site and restaurant;
4. leading evening discussions and debriefs.

Job Requirements:

CSM is looking for its spring and summer City Hosts! If you love youth ministry and urban missions, check us out! We help rural and suburban junior high, high school, college and adult groups from a variety of Christian churches "bridge the gap" to short term Christian ministry and service opportunities. We have sites in Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Houston, Toronto, Nashville, Philadelphia, San Francisco and New York City.

A city host should have a heart for both youth ministry and urban missions, with strong leadership, people, and communication skills. CPR and First Aid certification is required before reporting for work. Applicants must be Canadian or US citizens/legal workers.

Time Commitment/Term:
Beginning around May 20 in all sites, ending date August 15 - 30 (flexible);
Beginning in Oct ending in Dec at several sites; and
Jan/Feb through either April or August at several sites.

CSM provides housing, most all your food and stipend.
