Job Description:
The summer job you'll always remember. As a summer camp Unit Leader you'll demonstrate that with a can-do attitude anything is possible. Help girls achieve their goals in a fun, constructive ways: hiking, making new friends, windsurfing, roasting marshmallows...just enjoying the great outdoors.
Responsible for management of the living unit, coordination of activities, supervision of staff and assurance of girl partnership in the development of programs.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications: Proven skill in leadership development and organizational planning. Supervisory experience a plus. Prefer a minimum age of 21.
