You would be responsible for supervising the nutrition staff. Nutritionists do weigh-ins and measurements, daily nutrition classes, cooking classes, menu planning and kitchen overview. Supervise serving during meals to insure proper portions and work with the kitchen supervisor in choosing healthy food substitutes. A great opportunity to gain valuable experience and college credits.
Requires strong leadership and organizational skills. You should enjoy a camp environment, be friendly and caring. Must have completed at least 4 years of college. This postion is great for someone who has a Master's degree or is in pursuit of a Master's degree and needs course credit.
