Job Description:

Camp Shane runs specialized camps for overweight children in the Catskill Mountains of New York and Mayer, Arizona. The objectives of the camp are for the campers to lose weight, learn new skills, gain self-esteem and have fun. We do not ride on the campgrounds, but leave camp to various destinations. You drive a 15-passenger van pulling a trailer with the bikes. You need to be capable of instructing children in how to ride, to set rules and be confident in your ability to take charge of a group. You will be completely in charge of storing the bikes, spare parts, tools and other equipment, as well as physical maintenance.

Job Requirements:

Must have completed one year of college and be 18 + years old. You must be an extremely responsible individual to insure the safety of all participants, from driving a 15-seat van, to enforcing strict safety rules, to caring for equipment and every other aspect of this program.
