Food Supervisor

Job Description:
The summer job you'll always remember. As a summer camp Food Supervisor you'll demonstrate that with a can-do attitude anything is possible. Help girls achieve their goals in a fun, constructive way...just enjoying the great outdoors.
Plan and administer all aspects of camp food and beverage service for one of four camps located in Hughesville, MD; Stafford, Leesburg, or Harrisonburg VA. Responsible for meal planning, purchasing, and supervising cooking. Supervise Kitchen staff and maintain recognized health standards. Review and fill requisitions for cook-out meals. Camps range in size from 95 to 250.
Job Requirements:
Qualified dietitian or nutritionist desired. Experience in menu planning, ordering and quantity cooking. Food Handler's Certificate required. Prefer minimum age of 21.
