Job Description:
ESF Summer Camps is looking for dynamic individuals to work with children this summer. Join our Team this summer as a Director and experience the following: A great schedule, Monday-Friday, weekends off, a competitive salary, an opportunity to earn undergraduate and graduate internship credits, and a chance to make a difference in children’s lives.
You will be responsible for the execution of our camp programs. You will manage a team of up to 30 Team members to ensure safety, program integrity and fun for both the campers as well as your Team. You will evaluate and review all your Team members throughout the summer conducting performance review mid summer and end of summer.
Our camp is located at Gilman School in Baltimore, MD. The camp dates are June 16 to August 8, 2008.

Select your references carefully and mail, deliver, or e-mail one
of our Reference
Request Forms* to each of those individuals. Please ask them
to return the completed forms directly to our office. We ask that
these recommendations come from people such as a teacher, an advisor,
a job supervisor, an employer, a mentor, a coach or a clergyman
and not from family members or personal friends.
Step #3:
If your experiences meet our qualifications, we will contact you to schedule a date and time convenient for your interview.
Step #4:
Reference checks and background checks will be conducted by ESF.
Step #5:
An ESF Team member will contact you shortly after your interview
to let you know if you have been selected.
