Job Description:

Instruct sailing and/or windsurfing using a variety of boards and FJs, Lasers, Hobie Cats, and J24. Racing component in program.

Brown Ledge is known as the "Different Camp". Because of its program design, the autonomy and freedom offered staff and campers, and the excellent instruction offered. Co-ed staff hail form all over US and a number of other countries. Staff 19 to 60 - average staff age 26. Campers 10 to 17. Many, if not most, alums feel that Brown Ledge was their most significant educational experience.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must solid sailing background, ability to teach sailing and/or windsurfing, and enjoy teaching.

Must have completed at least two years of college or other
significant experience after high school.

College sailing team members strongly encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time summer only, live-in position with room and board provided.
