Must have experience working on a rock wall, using high/low ropes as well as experience with team building. Candidates are responsible for teaching girls 8 to 16 techniques and precautions for high/low ropes and the rock wall as well as teaching team building activities. Ropes course training is required and will be provided by camp. First Aid and CPR Certifications needed (camp will provide certifications for eligible candidates).
