Job Description:

*Provide consistent, high quality, food and beverage items to our guest.

*Preparing food according to standardized recipes

*Preps kitchen before, during, and after meals served in restaurant.

*Maintain cleaniness before, during, and after meals

Normal work schedule is eight hours per day, five to six days per week. We are looking to fill both AM and PM shifts.

Housing/Meals provided at a minimal fee. Dorm room setting, only two people per room. Each dorm room has a private bath. Employees are welcome to all our summer activities at no charge provided there is not a guest waiting list. Also, receive a 20% discount in the grocery store and gift shop. FREE laundry facilities, bring your own detergent!

***IMPORTANT*** International J-1 student visa applications can not be processed by us they must go through a placement/student agency.

Job Requirements:

Excellent organizational skills, neat appearance, dedicated work ethic and outstanding people skills are a must!

Have experience and a through knowledge of food preparation techniques.

Being able to work the full season (Mid May-Mid Oct) is a plus!

Willing and able to work all positions within restaurant.
