College enrolled staff members are housed in the cabins with the campers and assume counseling responsibilities in addition to instructional responsibilities during the program day. Not all counselors are instructors.
Counselors assigned to our younger cabins supervise the campers as they travel to a schedule of activities designed for the cabin group. These counselors are called General Cabin Counselors.
We have at least 2 counselors in every cabin, most have 3.
In addition to the General Counselor jobs we have a number of instructor positions available:
ATHLETIC INSTRUCTORS: Basketball, Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Volleyball, Lacrosse, Tennis, Flag Football, Cheerleading, Gymnastics, Bungee Trampoline, Roller Hockey, Golf, Weightlifting, Martial Arts, Circus Arts, Flying Trapeze, Skateboarding.
ADVENTURE SPORTS INSTRUCTORS: Archery, Riflery, Paintball, Mountain Biking, Hiking, Rock Climbing, High Ropes Course, Low Ropes Course, Zip line, ATV, and Dirt Bikes.
PERFORMING ARTS INSTRUCTORS: Theater, Guitar, Keyboards, Drums, Singing, Rock Band, Dance, Video Production and Radio DJ.
CREATIVE ARTS INSTRUCTORS: Pottery & Ceramics, Arts & Crafts, Drawing, Painting, Photography, Camp Newspaper, Model Rocketry and Woodworking.
AQUATICS INSTRUCTORS: Red Cross Certified Lifeguards, WSI Swim Instructors, Water-skiing, Sailing, Canoes, Row Boats, Paddle Boats, Windsurfing, Jet Skiing and Kayaks.
EQUESTRIAN INSTRUCTORS: English Instruction, Trail Rides, Jumping, Horseback Overnights, Stable Management and Horse Shows.
All applicants must be at least 19 years of age and must have completed 1 year of college.
