Job Description:

Deer Mountain Day Camp is a privately owned, co-ed day camp located in Pomona, NY. We serve campers and recruit staff from Rockland, Bergen, Orange & Westchester Counties as well as Manhattan. We are looking for Water Safety Instructors & Lifeguards to join our awesome waterfront staff for the summer of 2008.

Our renowned swim program is set across 6 beautiful, heated pools. We implement the American Red Cross Swim Program. Our waterfront team is made up of a fun, collaborative group of teachers as well as college and high school students. Every member of our team plays a huge role in helping our campers have fun and gain confidence in the water.

We offer competitive salaries for both WSI and LGT positions. The 2008 camp season runs from June 30th to August 22nd. Deer Mountain is closed on July 4th.
