Second Cook

This position is responsible for preparation and/or cooking of food for various food service units and the main kitchen.

Qualified candidates must:
  • Stock materials and supplies in hot/cold and dry areas
  • Maintain all Cost of Goods control tools by performing quarterly updating of control cards, inventory packages, recipe books
  • Perform daily spot checks of all portioning tools
  • Provide daily documenting and recording of product spoilage
  • Perform cooking duties and related production functions
  • Ensure high food quality level that meet Universal Orlando standard and perform daily spot checks of all portioning tools
  • Follow established safety standards using safe food handling guidelines and maintain a clean work area
  • Be able to stand for long periods of time
