Job Description:

Assistant Cook needed for top-notch summer camp in Maine. June 10 – August 31. We serve three restaurant quality meals per day to 250 people, and host a number of themed banquets.<p>

We seek highly-motivated, hard working individual, with solid background in cooking and baking. The assistant cook will handle food preparation, inventory, ordering, dining room service and supervision of a staff of eight kitchen workers.<P>

Living accommodations provided, all meals, laundry service, round-trip transportation and salary of $450 - $600 per week (depending on experience), plus substantial season-end bonus. Warm, family atmosphere, in beautiful lakes region with mountain views. This marks our 60th year.<P>
