Job Description:

Sous Chef needed for top-notch summer camp in Maine. June 10 - August 31. We serve three restaurant quality meals per day to 250 people, and host a number of themed banquets.<p>

We seek highly-motivated, hard working individual, with solid background in cooking and baking. The Sous Chef will handle food preparation, inventory, ordering, and supervision of a staff of eight kitchen workers.<P>

Living accommodations provided, all meals, laundry service, Internet, round-trip transportation, and salary of $400 - $600 per week. Warm, family atmosphere, in beautiful lakes region with mountain views. This marks our 66th year.<P>
