The Cooking Program Director will develop a new cooking program in our newly built, state of the art, cooking classroom. The job will entail overseeing the care and maintenance of the workspace, as well as the education of campers in the culinary arts.
- Culinary Experience
- Ability to teach campers age 6-16 various recipes, cooking techniques.
- Development of age appropriate curriculum: ranging from baking, to meal prep, to nutrition.
- Creative execution of all types of recipes.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, educational, fun, nutritious, enriching kitchen environment.
