Group Leaders at Camp Chen-A-Wanda are directly responsible for the well-being and fun of the campers and overseeing the happenings of an entire division. Daily responsibilities include supervision of campers, and being a role model and setting a good example for campers. Other responsibilities include supervising and organizing counselor schedules, and being a direct liaison between counselors and head staff.
