Job Description:

Camp Airy (for boys) in Thurmont, MD and Camp Louise (for girls) in Cascade, MD, have been in the business of making a difference in children's lives for over 86 summers. We are resident camps in the mountains of Western Maryland (1 hour from Baltimore/Washington metro areas), serving Jewish children ages 7-17 (many of our staff, however, are not Jewish, and come to us from all over the
U.S., Britain, Europe, and Australia!).

Imagine working at a job you really love, teaching skills you know so well to 7 to 17 year old campers in the spectacular mountains of Western Maryland! We are looking for an individual with a strong Photography background to head up our popular Photography Department at Camp Airy, our camp for boys. This experienced, creative specialist would supervise a staff of 3-4 counselors who teach campers skills in areas such as composition, developing (we have a black & white photo lab) and creative projects.
