Job Description:

Duties include supervision of 10 international and U.S. college-age staff, including assignment of work and time off schedules:

ƒÞ Overseeing table and food buffet set-up and service of 3 daily meals in Dining Hall that serves 500 campers and staff
ƒÞ Insuring that wait staff adequately stock food buffets with plates, utensils, napkins, etc. during food service times
ƒÞ Insuring that Dining Hall tables, floors and other areas are appropriately cleared and cleaned following meals
ƒÞ Overseeing food distribution set ups and clean ups for special indoor and outdoor camp events such as occasional cook-outs and evening staff meetings
ƒÞ Overseeing appropriate dish, tray and utensil clean up in dish room
ƒÞ Creating themes and decorations for special meal and other food-related events

Benefits include room and board, laundry service, travel stipend, seven 24-hour days off and seven nights off, plus mid-summer time off July 19-20.

Job Requirements:

Conscientious, creative and hard working Manager with strong supervisory skills is required to supervise Wait and Dish Room staff during our summer season
mid-June thru mid-August 2010.
