Dishwasher

These positions are responsible for washing dishes, silver ware, equipment, and cooking utensils. Performs general cleaning duties in accordance to standard.

Qualified candidates must:

Load and empty dish machine and wash pots, pans, cooking utensils, and equipment by hand and assist kitchen staff as needed

Remove waste, empty and clean garbage receptacles, remove recyclable materials and place in appropriate areas

Clean the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, washing kitchen walls, floors, and floor mats

Perform closing duties in accordance to standard

Stock all dishware and glassware as cleaned

Follow MSDS standards, safety, and sanitation procedures

Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
