Grand Central Marketing - Responsible for general office support and assisting Account Directors and senior management. Compile research for programs which may include appropriate venues, vendors, promotional giveaways, promotional vehicles, etc. Create, reproduce, assemble and complete a variety of documents, tables, reports and forms that will help streamline company operations. Participate in the development and implementation of promotional programs which address an existing client or potential client's needs while achieving their goals and objectives. Duties to include assisting with budgeting, research, scheduling, presentations, etc. Assist with the management of existing event marketing and promotional programs which include client contact, site negotiations, securing national or local market staff, sourcing and purchasing event materials, keeping an exact inventory of event materials, creating program manuals, managing program budget, processing staff invoices/expense reports and compiling program reporting for the client. Provide administrative and clerical support which includes answering the phone, maintaining office machines and supplies, coordinating shipping services, etc
