| Flagg Ranch is a publicly held corporation that operates visitor services under a concession agreement with the National Park Service. We are located in the northwest corner of Wyoming, two miles south of Yellowstone National Park and three miles north of Grand Teton National Park, on the banks of the Snake River. This site historically was used by bands of Indians, trappers, prospectors, government explorers and hunters who were traveling through the Yellowstone area. Around 1910, Edward S. Sheffield founded Flagg Ranch as a guest facility. Flagg Ranch is now the oldest continually operating resort in the upper Jackson Hole area. Flagg Ranch Resort has been owned and operated by International Leisure Hosts, Ltd. Since 1964. |

| Our summer season is from mid-May until the end of September. We are interested in hiring employees who are willing to do the job and know that customer service is foremost; it is our sincere, friendly staff that sets us apart from other resorts in the area. Our main considerations will be to those applicants with retail, food service, hotel experience, their dates of availability and their genuine enthusiastic desire to work with the public. First considerations will be given to those applicants with the longest available time to work. |

| Though a seasonal job in the Yellowstone/Teton area offers many rewards, it may not be for a person whose priority is financial compensation. We are looking for the type of employee whose satisfaction does not come from a paycheck, but from the knowledge that he or she has made a special contribution towards the success of a visitor’s "once in a lifetime" vacation trip. Of course, the privilege of living and working in the spectacular scenery of this mountain region and the opportunity to form friendships which can last a lifetime, are added bonuses. | Wages are paid on an hourly basis, twice a month. The base pay rate for most jobs is $6.00 per hour. Some jobs have added incentives and tip positions are at various rates. A normal work schedule is five or six days a week, eight hours per day; however, this does vary from time to time. We operate seven days a week. Some departments begin at 6 a.m. and are open as late as midnight. If you do accept employment, you must be able to work a schedule prepared by your supervisor, which will include Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays. You may also be required to work day, evening, split shifts or a combination thereof. All employees, at various times, will be asked to help in other departments. Also, job assignments may change during the season depending on the needs of the operation. All employees are expected to maintain a high level of performance and be able to do whatever is needed to ensure that each guest's visit is an enjoyable one. |

| Flagg Ranch has a Zero-Tolerance policy in effect for alcohol and drug use on our property. Possession of any narcotics is strictly prohibited. If employed, you may be required to submit to alcohol or drug screening tests at any time, without notice or cause. Refusal could result in disciplinary action, up to and including discharge. The legal drinking age in Wyoming is 21, underage drinking is prohibited and will be strictly enforced. |

| Each employee must provide his/her own transportation to and from Flagg Ranch. If you are arriving at the Jackson Hole Airport, we will arrange your transportation from the airport to Flagg. However, you must contact us before you leave home and let us know your arrival date and time. International arrivals must contact us upon arrival in the U.S. to discuss travel arrangements. We often suggest flying into Salt Lake City or Idaho Falls and taking the Jackson Express shuttle to Jackson Hole, where we can also arrange transportation from Jackson to Flagg Ranch. Regardless of your mode of transportation, you need to arrive at Flagg Ranch on, not before, your scheduled arrival date between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. |

| Employee dormitories and an employee dining room are located on Flagg Ranch property. All employees living in the dorms will be on the Flagg Ranch meal program. The room and board charge is $4.00 per day for room, and $8.00 per day for meals. These charges are deducted from your paycheck. We have dorm type housing with two or three people per room, each room has a private bath. Closet and drawer space is limited; therefore it is important to plan a wardrobe and personal possessions carefully and efficiently. Flagg Ranch furnishes towels, linens and all bedding. Each employee is expected to maintain the condition or his/her room and to leave it clean and in good condition upon departure. RV spaces are available during the summer for employees, the charge is $4.00 per day/per person, meals are available for an additional $8.00 per day/per person. Pets are only allowed in the RV part, not in Flagg Ranch housing. Because of our remoteness and dormitory style housing, we have fewer conveniences that you may be accustomed to at home. However; part of the experience of working in a National Park is the simpler lifestyle and natural surroundings. |
