Working at Deer Mountain is an awesome way to spend a summer - you learn how to be a leader, you learn how to work with a team and you meet a number of great people along the way - some big (your co-counselors and the different members of our senior staff team) and some small (our campers who bring so much fun and joy to each summer day). There are a number of different ways that you can contribute to the Deer Mountain Staff Team. If you are a high school or college student, you can apply to be a group counselor, specialist assistant or lifeguard. If you are a teacher, coach or qualified college graduate, you can apply for one of the many positions on our Senior Staff Team.
