Job Description:

Experienced Legal Secretaries/Assistants

We have several clients located throughout Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Encino, Pasadena, West LA and surrounding communities who are in need of experienced legal secretaries/assistants for temporary, temp to hire and direct hire positions.


Minimum Qualifications:

At least 3-5 years’ experience as a legal secretary/assistant
Experience in various fields - civil litigation, criminal defense, employment law, probate & estate planning, bankruptcy, creditor’s rights, workers comp .
Experience in state and federal appellate courts
Electronic filing experience
Transcription experience is a plus !
Working knowledge of various legal software systems is a plus!


If you have at least 3-5 years of legal secretary experience, we want to talk to you! Assignments vary in length, location, pay, and duties.
