We are looking for someone for the summer season 2024 Second Gouvernante (m/w) Responsible for the order and cleanliness in our guest rooms and on the floors and public areas of the hotel Quality control of cleaned rooms and other areas as well as turn-down service Ensuring compliance with all quality standards and hygiene regulations Co-organization and assistance in regular basic cleaning work Ensuring the forwarding of technical defects in the guest area and in the rooms Contact person for our international guests as well as colleagues and employees Training and instruction of new employees Manage the Housekeeping team and handle the responsibilities of the Gouvernante Générale on her days off Get your accommodation in our staffhouses in the surroundings of the hotel Select the half/full pension from our staff restaurant Be a hotel member of Swiss Deluxe Hotels group and enjoy discounted stay in the partners' hotels Enjoy the benefits and discounts of the YOURGSTAAD card over the station Get access to Brands for Employees and their plateform of deals
