Full time position, Newborn Care Nanny Job in Cumming

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nanny to care for our 3-month-old baby girl in our home during the daytime hours. The ideal candidate should have a passion for infant care, be nurturing, and have the skills to provide a safe and stimulating environment for our child. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable with two dogs in the house during the day.

Responsibilities:

Infant Care:

Provide attentive and nurturing care to our 3-month-old baby girl.
Maintain a consistent feeding, napping, and diaper-changing schedule.
Ensure the baby's safety at all times and follow all safety guidelines.
Stimulating Development:

Engage the baby in age-appropriate activities that promote physical and cognitive development.
Read books, sing songs, and play games to encourage learning and curiosity.
Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment:

Keep the baby's nursery and play areas clean, organized, and safe.
Sterilize bottles, prepare formula or breast milk, and assist with transitioning to solids when appropriate.
Dog Supervision:

Supervise our two dogs while they are in the house during the day.
Ensure the dogs and the baby are safe when they interact.
Let the dogs out for bathroom breaks as needed.
Communication:

Maintain open and regular communication with parents regarding the baby's progress, needs, and any concerns.
Document the baby's daily activities, including feedings, naps, and diaper changes.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a nanny or caregiver for infants, with references.
Knowledge of infant CPR and first aid is preferred.
A warm and caring demeanor with a genuine love for children.
Patience, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
Comfortable with dogs and experienced in managing their presence around a baby.
Ability to adapt to the baby's changing needs and schedule.
Willingness to undergo a background check and provide required immunization records.
Non-smoker and up-to-date on vaccinations, including flu and COVID-19.
Schedule:

Days: [Specify the days, e.g., Monday to Friday]
Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Additional hours may be required on occasion with advance notice.
Compensation:

Salary will be competitive and based on experience.
