Are you passionate about water safety and teaching others the joy of swimming? We"re looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as lifeguards and/or swim instructors at Dedham Health & Athletic Complex If you have a strong swimming background and love working with people of all ages, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Monitor swimming pool area to ensure safety of all patrons.
• Enforce pool rules and respond quickly and effectively to any emergencies.
• Provide high-quality swim instruction to individuals and groups of varying ages and skill levels.
• Develop lesson plans and activities to promote skill development and water safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized pool environment.

Requirements:

• Current lifeguard certification preferred but not required.
• Experience teaching swim lessons preferred, but not required.
• Strong swimming skills and knowledge of swimming techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
