Join our team at AWOL Provincetown as a Guest Services Associate, whether full-time or part-time. Act as the initial point of contact for hotel guests, managing guest interactions, phone inquiries, concierge services, and breakfast preparation. Deliver outstanding hospitality by being attentive, friendly, and efficient to ensure guests have unforgettable experiences.

Duties include welcoming guests, guaranteeing a pleasant stay, and providing a memorable farewell to entice future visits. We are looking for individuals with extroverted personalities, keen attention to detail, the ability to work autonomously, and a preference for basic culinary skills. $19 - $20 hourly

• Welcome guests to the hotel with a friendly smile and ensure personal interaction by making eye contact upon arrival.
• Conduct tours of the hotel's amenities, services, facilities, and available activities to familiarize guests with the offerings.
• Professionally handle incoming phone calls, taking necessary notes and information as required.
• Learn and utilize the Lark Hotels reservation system following the established procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate strong communication skills, showcase excellent organizational abilities, and exhibit effective time management skills.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or a related field required.
• Completion of high school, GED, or equivalent is mandatory.
• Proficient in handling phone calls and effectively managing challenging situations.
• Possess outstanding customer service, communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
