This includes campaign development, collateral, renderings, sales centre and model home development and related activities. In this role you will: Manage all facets of Minto GTA’s marketing efforts, including the go-to-market planning, campaign execution and ongoing project support Lead the development, briefing and execution of marketing initiatives, including branding, campaign creative, media planning, collateral, signage, videos and content created in-house or with agency partners Oversee renderings development, collaborating with internal teams and external partners Plan, develop and oversee schedules for new community launches and sales centre and model home development Plan and execute sales launches/events and community events Liaise with external vendors including creative agencies, architects, and designers. Review monthly budgets, and follow up on required adjustments Review and approve marketing related invoices and POs. Support other departments with various Marketing needs (presentations, etc.) Other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, as requested by management. What we would like you to have: A post-secondary education in marketing or other relevant field. A minimum of 5-7 years of real estate development marketing experience. Strong project management and time management skills Great people and relationship building skills; team player; confident dealing with all levels (junior to executive) Flexible and adaptable; able to work in a fast-paced environment Proactive, takes initiative and able to manage multiple priorities Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook) Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop/InDesign and Canva Experience with email marketing and/or marketing automation platforms Our future is better together.
