Then we should get to know each other For our Unit Innovation, we are looking for someone like you: an enthusiastic Junior Innovation Consultant who supports our innovation projects. We entrust this to you: Supporting consulting projects and coordinating subprojects Conducting innovation research and analysis, preparing, organizing, co-moderating, and reporting on workshops and training sessions Acquiring and sharing know-how, working on the creation of new tools and templates, and contributing to the automation of activities Continuously scouting and observing relevant events, methods, and real cases, and bringing improvement suggestions to the team You have what it takes: a degree in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Design, or similar fields at least one year of experience in the innovation sector knowledge of innovation methods, corporate innovation, project management, strategy, and business model development excellent communication skills, you demonstrate empathy, inspire trust, and can motivate teams you are proficient in workshop moderation, systemic, analytical, and critical thinking. you quickly learn new fields and apply this knowledge in your work very good knowledge of German, Italian, and English Do you want to keep growing in an inspiring and international working environment?
