Job Description Job Description Job Announcement: Under general supervision your primary responsibility will include planning and conducting swimming lessons, assessing participants' abilities, and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment. As a Water Safety Instructor, you will play a crucial role in promoting water safety and teaching swimming skills to individuals of varying ages and abilities. Minimum Qualifications: Current WSI certification or the ability to obtain prior to starting work. Recognized lifeguard training program other than Rec Cross may be substituted.
