Job Description Job Description Compensation & Benefits: Compensation package includes 25% rent discount for onsite apartment. Pay $20.00 per hour Ivybrooke Crossings is seeking a seasonal certified lifeguard for our residential apartment community located in West Seneca, NY. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, 25-30 hours per week. Responsibilities: Maintain safety, order and discipline in accordance with pool rules. Respond to patrons in distress and administer first aid and/or CPR. Monitor the pool area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions. Interact with patrons in a pleasant and professional manner. Clean pool restrooms daily. Maintain pool chemicals to acceptable state guidelines. Additional duties as required by manager especially during periods of inactivity in pool area. Skills: Must be an excellent swimmer Must have a certification in lifesaving particularly the Red Cross Advanced Lifesaving Certificate Must have specific training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) NYIND
