Job Description Job Description Job Title: Swimming Instructor Responsibilities: Instruct groups or individuals in the fundamentals of swimming. Provide training direction, encouragement, and motivation to swimmers. Plan, organize, and conduct practice sessions. Explain and enforce safety rules and regulations. Monitor the swimming area and respond to emergencies. Evaluate swimmers' skills and performance. Adjust coaching techniques based on swimmers' strengths and weaknesses. Stay updated on changes in rules, techniques, technologies, and philosophies relevant to swimming. Communicate with participants and parents to provide information and answer questions. Keep and review records of swimmers' progress. Note: The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Job Qualifications: Experience: At least one year of aquatic experience. Certification: Current American Red Cross Water Safety Certificate or Current Lifeguard Certification, CPR, and First Aid Certification.
