Join Hugs & Bugs Club in Hoboken, NJ, as a Summer Camp Counselor from June 16th to August 31st! We’re a Reggio-inspired preschool and camp focused on child-led learning and outdoor exploration for kids ages 2-8. As a counselor, you’ll guide small groups of campers through hands-on activities—think nature play, bug hunts, art projects, and storytelling—while fostering a safe, welcoming environment. We’re seeking energetic, creative self-starters who thrive in a team setting and share our love for nature-based play. Responsibilities: Lead daily indoor and outdoor activities with enthusiasm and care. Support children’s social-emotional growth through conflict resolution and reflective listening. Collaborate with staff to create a nurturing, inclusive camp experience. Requirements: Experience working with young children. Kindness, flexibility, and a passion for child-led learning.
