Summer Camp Lead Counselor

Job Description Job Description Genesis Health Clubs Tri-State is seeking a dedicated and energetic Summer Camp Lead Counselor to oversee our summer camp program. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, fun, and enriching environment for all campers. Your key responsibilities will include: Leading and managing a team of counselors to deliver high-quality camp experiences Designing and implementing engaging camp activities that promote learning and fun Supervising campers and staff to ensure safety and adherence to policies Building positive relationships with campers, parents, and staff Mentoring junior counselors Managing behavior and conflict resolution among campers Maintaining and adding to schedules and activity planning Join our team to create memorable experiences and provide outstanding leadership this summer!
