Job Description Job Description Gorin Sports Academy is looking for an enthusiastic Summer Camp Volleyball Coach or Assistant Coach to support our Head Volleyball Coach in running dynamic and engaging summer camps! This position is perfect for those passionate about volleyball and coaching, with the potential to become a permanent role later in the season. What You’ll Do: ✔️ Assist the Head Volleyball Coach in running structured, high-energy summer camp sessions. ✔️ Work with athletes of various skill levels, from beginners to competitive players. ✔️ Help facilitate drills, skill development exercises, and team-building activities. ✔️ Ensure a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment for all campers. ✔️ Provide feedback and encouragement to players to enhance their skills and confidence. ✔️ Support daily camp operations, including set-up, equipment management, and clean-up. What We’re Looking For: ✅ Passion for volleyball and working with young athletes. ✅ Previous coaching or playing experience required. ✅ Strong communication, teamwork and leadership skills. ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. ✅ Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude .
