Job Description Job Description Special Education Consultant Institute for Children with Autism We are seeking a Behavior Analyst to join our team You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans to clients in an individual or group setting. Responsibilities: Fluent in adapting evidence-based methodology and procedures for students within school, home, and community settings. Ability to manage own schedule. Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team. Time management skills Provide training to school personnel, including direct care staff ,teachers, and support staff. Conduct group training for staff and parents Work collectively with administrative staff within a school setting. Qualifications: Previous experience in counseling, social work, or other related fields Experience in conflict resolution Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build rapport with clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Education: Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. Licenses/Certification: BCBA NY LBA Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years providing Behavior Analytic services to children (ages 5 to 21) with Autism and other disabilities, preferably in a school setting.
