Customer Service Representative

Job Description Job Description Our Client in Bolingbrook is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their warehouse. Our client is a warehouse that ships sanitization products to fitness centers, warehouses, and hospitals. This position could be a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate. Monday to Friday 8 am-4 pm Summer hours start mid-May and last through September: Monday to Thursday 7 am-4 pm and Friday 7 am to noon Responsibilities: Data Entry EDI reporting Confirm orders via multiple customer portals Customer Service - including, but not limited to working with customers by fielding phone calls, scheduling loads, ensure accurate paperwork.
