Participation in this paid summer internship is open to current, graduating college and/or graduate students in the field of medicine and general healthcare. Extended opportunity available for qualified applicants to apply for full/part employment in the fall. REQUIRENMENTS TO QUALIFY: Students must be enrolled in health care studies i.e.: pre-med/current medical student, optometry student and/or new graduate, ophthalmic technician, and medical assistant. Interest in the field of Ophthalmology Knowledge of medical scribe a plus Personal attributes: discipline, timeliness, reliability, Professional behavior with attributes of working in a team environment Good communication and people skills Compassion for patient service Eager to learn new and advanced technology Bilingual speaking is a plus.
