This in-person role is perfect for an OT who wants to work in a close-knit, supportive school district while enjoying the beauty of the Florida Keys. If youre open to relocation, travel assistance is available through ProCare Therapy Position Details: Employment Type: Full-time, onsite Start Date: ASAP End Date: End of school year (EOSY) Caseload: 35-40 students, K-8 with some high school students Setting: In-person only Summer hours available Responsibilities: Provide direct therapy sessions to support student mobility, motor skills, and independence Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families Ensure compliance with IEP documentation and school regulations Requirements: Masters or Doctorate degree in occupational therapy Florida OT license required Experience in pediatrics or school-based therapy preferred Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and school teams Why Work with ProCare Therapy?
