Summer Special Education Teacher - Middle & High School (Contract) Location: South Saint Paul, MN Dates: Monday - Thursday, July 7th - July 24th, 2025 Hours: Part-Time, 7:45 AM - 12:15 PM (Middle School & High School) About the Opportunity: Join our team for a rewarding summer contract position in South Saint Paul, MN We are seeking a qualified Special Education Teacher to provide crucial support to our secondary students during a focused summer program. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a short period, working with students with Developmental Cognitive Disabilities (DCD) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Caseload/Details: Secondary Students (Middle School & High School) Focus on students with DCD/ASD Responsibilities: Provide specialized instruction and support to students with DCD/ASD. Implement and adapt instructional materials to meet individual student needs. Monitor and document student progress. Collaborate with support staff and related service providers. Create a positive and supportive learning environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. Master's Degree in Special Education required. Valid Minnesota Teaching License in Special Education is mandatory. Experience working with secondary students with DCD/ASD preferred. Ability to work Monday through Thursday from July 7th to July 24th, 2025 from 7:45am to 12:15pm. Special Requirements: Must possess a valid Minnesota Teaching License in Special Education.
