Head Waiter

We are looking for a Seasonal Head Waiter to join us at Crazy Pizza Varazze (Liguria) for the Summer Season! Accommodation provided! Who are we? Role of a Head Waiter at Crazy Pizza As a Head Waiter/Waitress, you will ensure the smooth operation of your section during service. You will work closely with our restaurant and bar teams to deliver impeccable service. Your daily responsibilities include: Leading a specific section within our dining area, ensuring efficient and smooth service. Motivating and inspiring your team of commis and runners to maintain high standards. Being the main point of contact for guest requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Promoting and upselling our food and beverage offerings, taking orders, and handling billing in your area. Maintaining cleanliness and creating a welcoming atmosphere in your designated dining area. Reporting any issues to the Restaurant Manager for quick resolution. Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where guest satisfaction and quality are priorities. Who are you? At least 2 years of experience in casual dining or a similar environment is preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise. Availability to work evenings and weekends.
