Job Description The selected candidate, under the supervision of the Front Office Manager, will be responsible for: Welcoming guests from arrival to departure Informing guests about stay conditions, formalities, and hotel services Anticipating guest needs, managing objections and observations, and presenting solutions promptly Communicating necessary information to other departments Managing the switchboard Handling cash operations Requirements include: Fluent Italian and English diplomas/degrees; knowledge of an additional language is a plus Experience in similar hotel roles Customer focus, communication skills, flexibility, teamwork, and availability Additional Information We seek motivated and passionate candidates to join our team, who can integrate into Palazzo Seneca's tradition and strong community ties, committed for generations to offering exceptional hospitality experiences.
