Social network you want to login/join with: The “H-FARM Summer Academy” summer project offers a chance for children/youth ages 5 to 19 to have an immersive experience on digital and sports topics in English at Europe's most innovative campus. For the 2025 edition, we are looking for a new resource for the role of Overnight Customer Care. Ideal candidates are responsible for communicating with families, becoming their point of contact. They respond to inquiries, provide updates on participant well-being, and ensure that the experience is as positive and smooth as possible. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION From June 22 to August 8, from Sunday afternoon to Friday morning: Daily from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 to 10:30 p.m. at H-FARM Campus at Ca' Tron in Roncade, TV. Some experiences may last the entire weekend. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Manage back office activities: preparing communications and handling family requests Maintain relationships with families during the experience Listen to families' requests, identify needs, and provide appropriate support to resolve difficulties Coordinate with professional support staff (e.g., nursing, counseling, kitchen staff) REQUIREMENTS - HARD SKILLS Excellent knowledge of the English language (C1-C2 level) Experience in education sectors such as summer camps, au pairs, tutoring, or after-school activities - SOFT SKILLS Management and mediation of interpersonal relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently Enjoy working in teams to build a positive and welcoming community Empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities in a calm and constructive manner NICE TO HAVE Educational background in humanities, linguistics, education science, pedagogy, psychology, sociology, or social sciences First aid certification WHAT WE OFFER 40 working hours Dinner and breakfast Student housing Powered by JazzHR J-18808-Ljbffr
