Job Opening: Store Coordinator in Pradamano, Italy Lavoropiù Spa - Divisione Fashionpiù - is seeking a Store Coordinator for a premium clothing company located in Pradamano. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in retail, particularly in customer service and assisted sales, and possess charisma, leadership skills, and excellent interpersonal and motivational abilities. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Store Coordinator will be responsible for: Ensuring sales targets are met while providing an excellent customer experience. Motivating and training the team (comprising three members) on product knowledge, customer experience, visual merchandising, and stock management. Providing feedback to support the team’s professional development. Collaborating with the Store Manager to plan, organize, and manage sales activities, stock, back office tasks such as KPI analysis, team scheduling, merchandise processing, and visual merchandising. Basic knowledge of English is required; German language skills are a plus. Additional requirements include flexibility with working hours, availability to work weekends and holidays, and adherence to the following schedule: from 10:00 to 19:30, with a lunch break from 13:00 to 15:00. Weekends are worked continuously with one day off during the week. Summer hours from July to August extend until 22:30. The position offers a fixed-term or permanent contract at Level 3 of the commerce sector, with meal vouchers and a maximum gross annual salary of €29,000. Work location: Pradamano. J-18808-Ljbffr
