Coordinatore manutenzione e sicurezza - Padova, Padua Padua, Italy Virgin Active Italia is opening a new club in PADOVA and is seeking a Maintenance and Safety Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Club Manager, this role involves resolving technical issues related to hydraulic and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and Brand Standards, and supporting the staff. The main responsibilities include: Managing and ensuring all electrical, hydraulic, and ventilation systems meet required standards and comply with health and safety regulations. Preparing reports on costs, energy consumption, water quality of the pool and wet area. Ensuring proper stock procurement and maintaining accurate reporting. Managing external supplier contacts for maintenance, monitoring deliveries of goods and equipment to the club. Identifying, managing, and ensuring the training of teams (lifeguards, maintenance staff, cleaning staff) to maintain optimal operational levels and member satisfaction. Required qualifications: At least two years of experience managing maintenance activities in a retail store environment. Technical qualification in the thermohydraulic and/or electrical sector. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The initial phase includes specific training to prepare the candidate for the role. Full-time availability is required, with shifts covering weekends.
