We're hiring a Head of HR (part-time, hybrid) to join our executive team at Rephine , a global leader in Life Sciences compliance. With offices in the UK, Barcelona, China, and India, we support the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device supply chains on a global scale. Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a part-time Head of HR to lead our global people strategy. This role includes overseeing operational HR for a small UK office and remote employees, while also playing a key role in shaping and delivering our broader people and culture strategy. You’ll take a pragmatic approach to HR and bring strong experience in culture-building and change management. You’ll work closely with our highly capable HR Manager in Spain, who leads local operations and is instrumental in embedding a culture of development and growth. Your Role This hybrid, strategic and hands-on role will position you at the heart of our efforts to build a unified, people-first organisation. You’ll work directly with the executive team and support a growing international workforce. With most employees based in Europe and more growth planned through global acquisitions, experience with remote teams and cultural integration is essential. Key responsibilities include: Acting as a core member of the executive team and strategic contributor Coaching people managers and mentoring new leaders Leading communication strategy across the business Upholding company values through policy and daily interaction Reporting people data to the executive team Developing and delivering a talent retention strategy Leading recruitment across the UK and Europe (including via LinkedIn Recruiter) Using HR systems (PeopleHR knowledge desirable) for effective reporting and insight Ensuring people-first thinking is embedded through meaningful, practical policies What You Bring A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field A proven track record in senior HR roles, preferably across international settings Strong understanding of people metrics and business reporting Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office suite Experience working with or within executive teams A passion for people, culture, and the power of thoughtful policy Why Choose Rephine We are a values-led business where people matter.
